User-Generated Content and Media License

1. Ownership. You retain ownership of all content, including images, videos, and other media (“User Content”) that you upload to the Airsoko platform.
2. License Grant. By uploading, posting, or submitting User Content to Airsoko, you grant Airsoko and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to host, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use such User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, improving, and maintaining the Airsoko platform, including: Displaying the content in product listings, stores, and promotional materials. Distributing the content through Airsoko’s websites, apps, or affiliated services. Caching, backing up, or otherwise replicating the content as needed for system integrity and performance.

Deletion from our storage is not guaranteed, and the content may remain on our servers and in CDN caches indefinitely.

8. Perpetual Access. Even if you delete your account or unpublish a product, Airsoko may continue to use the content under the license granted herein to ensure marketplace integrity, prevent broken links, or comply with legal obligations.
9. Compliance. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
