Airsoko Packaging Guidelines

To ensure that all products reach customers in excellent condition, Airsoko has established the following packaging requirements. Please adhere to these guidelines for all items you ship, whether using Airsoko FBA or Self Shipping options. This will help minimize damage and enhance customer satisfaction.

1. Phones

- Use Airsoko box or the original manufacturer packaging.

- Wrap the phone securely in bubble wrap for additional protection.

2. Mobile Accessories

- Package mobile accessories in a polythene bag.

- Add bubble wrap around the product for safety.

3. Solar Panels

- Use the original manufacturer packaging or an Airsoko box.

- Add shrink wrap to protect it from scratches and external damage.

4. Beauty & Fashion

- For liquid items, use an Airsoko box, polythene, and a plastic bubble.

- For solid items, place them in polythene and wrap securely.

5. Fashion Accessories

- Pack these in an Airsoko box or nylon to ensure protection.

6. Kitchen Supplies

- Use the manufacturer packaging or an Airsoko box.

- Add bubble wrap for fragile items to prevent breakage.

7. Shoes

- Wrap in manufacturer nylon packaging.

- Use an Airsoko box for added protection.

8. Computer & Accessories

- Place in the original manufacturer packaging and add bubble wrap for fragile components.

- Use Airsoko boxes where appropriate.

9. Home Storage

- Pack items securely in manufacturer packaging.

- Use an Airsoko box and polythene for additional protection.

10. TVs

- Place TVs in the original manufacturer box and shrink-wrap them.

- Ensure fragile stickers are applied to the packaging.

11. Bedroom Supplies / Home Decor

- Package bedroom supplies in polythene or sacks to prevent damage.

12. Toys & Games

- Use manufacturer packaging or an Airsoko box.

- Wrap toys with bubble wrap for additional safety.

13. Large Appliances & Electronics

- Pack large electronics in the original manufacturer packaging.

- Use shrink wrap and bubble wrap to protect them during shipping.

14. Clothes & Apparel

- Package clothing in nylon or polythene bags to avoid damage and exposure to elements.

15. Bicycles

- Use the original manufacturer box or an Airsoko box.

- Add polythene and secure with bubble wrap if necessary.

16. Small Appliances & Electronics

- Package small appliances using shrink wrap and place them in an Airsoko box.

- Label fragile items accordingly.

17. Jewellery

- Package jewellery in a small, secure box.

- Use bubble wrap to protect fragile pieces.

18. Stationery

- Wrap stationery in polythene and place it in an Airsoko box for proper protection.

19. Furniture

- Furniture should be packed in customized cardboard or shrink wrap.

- Ensure enough padding is added to avoid damage.

Important Notes:

- Always use a sufficient layer of bubble wrap for fragile products.

- Items must be packaged according to the guidelines for acceptance at Airsoko fulfillment centers.

- Orders that do not meet the required packaging standards may be rejected.
